Even so,The Acolyte’scharacters were developed quickly. In fact, despiteall the deaths inThe Acolyte, several of which include characters on this list, many ofThe Acolyte’smain characters had quite complex arcs, revealing their true natures. These 12Acolytecharacters are perfect matches for each of the Zodiac signs based on those traits.

Star Wars: Which Sith Would Be Your Master, Based On Your Zodiac Sign?

The dynamic between master and apprentice is essential to adhere to the Sith Rule of Two, so who would your Sith master be based on your Zodiac sign?

Mother Koril’s Aggression And Passion Make Her A Clear Aries

Osha And Mae’s Other Mother Was Not As Calm As Mother Aniseya

Aries is a Zodiac sign known for plenty of positive traits, including bravery and confidence. However, this sign is also well-known for being fairly quick-tempered and aggressive, qualities which certainly align with Mother Koril inThe Acolyte. Although there were many mysteries pertaining tothe witches of Brendok, Mother Koril’s characterization was fairly straightforward and didn’t change all that much even between episode 3, from Osha’s perspective, and episode 7, from Sol’s.

Mother Koril was rather gruff with the girls, even pushing Mae down and telling her to use her anger at one point. Even so, these traits aren’t all bad. Rather, these same qualities can be great strengths. In fact,Koril defended the Brendok fortress valiantly. Arguably, had all the witches of the coven been more like Koril, the Jedi may have been hard-pressed to defeat them. As it stands, she may be the only survivor of that massacre, which shows that any Aries should be proud to align with Mother Koril.

Kind, Generous, But Stubborn, Taurus Is Osha—Before Her Fall

Osha’s Character Became Quite Complicated

Osha is a difficult character to pin down because she changes so significantly from the beginning ofThe Acolyteto the end. In the show’s two-episode premiere, Osha seemed firmly on the light side of the Force. She was entirely innocent of the crime of which the Jedi were accusing her, and she had a funny, likable personality. However,by the finale, the tragedies Osha had endured became too much to bear, especially when she learned her beloved former master, Sol, had killed her mother.

Why Did Sol Kill Mae & Osha’s Mother

The Acolyte episode 7 finally revealed what really happened on Brendok 16 years ago, including that Sol killed Mother Aniseya for complex reasons.

Prior to that turn, though, Osha was kind, generous, and, yes, a bit stubborn—a perfect Taurus. Taurus is a sign known predominantly for its stubbornness, which Osha certainly shares. After all, she frequently made her own choices even when she had direct orders to do something else (such as return to the ship on Khofar). There’s so much more to a Taurus than just being stubborn, though, including determination and generosity, which (initially), Osha definitely exhibited.

Yord Fandar

Yord Fandar was an immediate hit with audiences, with many taking to his charming personality and sense of humor. In fact, online, the group that adored Yord took to calling themselves “the Yord horde,” revealing just how beloved he was. This was quite impressive given how limited his time was on the show; however, the speed with which Yord gained popularity makes him an undeniable Gemini.

Geminis are known for being very outgoing and funny, so they will likely identify with Yord’s personality and his role in the show. Yord was even frequently the comic relief inThe Acolyte, including with silly lines about needing a tracker to track their tracker. Of course, Geminis are also known to struggle with indecision, something that Yord revealed regarding how to handle Osha as an ex-Jedi. In the end, he chose to help Osha, although that sadly led to his death.

Mae

Cancers are known for being quite emotional and moody, which certainly fits Mae’s attitude inThe Acolyte. Of course, when she’s older, this is in light of the horrors that occurred on Brendok, so that can hardly be used to assess her true nature. However,Mae exhibited this moodiness before her coven was invaded by the Jedi, as she was often bothered by her sister, at times even becoming antagonistic towards her. Obviously, this became so much worse once the Jedi arrived.

As with any sign, though, Cancers also have plenty of wonderful strengths, chief among them that they are fiercely protective and loyal to those they care about. Although she got a bit lost along the way, this does suit Mae. When she realized her beloved sister was still alive, she was willing to drop everything—including her master—to be with her sister and prove she was all that mattered, risking her life in the process. In the end, she even had her memory wiped just to protect her sister. Surely, Cancers can see themselves in both sides of Mae.

Qimir’s Charisma And Arrogance Mean He’s A Perfect Leo

The Stranger Definitely Has The Spirit Of A Leo

Yes, Leos are known for being passionate and brave, like the Lion that symbolizes them, but this sign is also very well-known for having an ego. This is surely an excellent fit for Qimir/the Stranger. Without fear, Qimir ran headfirst into a group of numerous Jedi and massacred them without seemingly even breaking a sweat, and he managed to fit several taunts in while he did so. In fact, Qimir remained undaunted throughout most ofThe Acolyte, even when going toe-to-toe with Jedi masters.

Of course,Leos are also well-known for their charisma, which Qimir clearly has. Not only did he win over Osha, so much so that they were shown holding hands at the end of the show, but also, he had the internet going absolutely wild, particularly followingThe Acolyteepisode 6 when he decided to remove his clothes and go for a swim. Leos will undoubtedly relate to Qimir’s charismatic personality but also his arrogance.

Vernestra Rwoh

Virgos are logical, hardworking problem-solvers, making it clear, followingThe Acolytefinale, thatVirgos are Vernestra Rwoh. Vernestra took viewers by surprise in the finale by taking matters into her own hands and engaging in a cover-up to protect the future of the Jedi Order. She knew that the Senate and the Republic more broadly would likely turn against the Jedi if they discoveredwhat happened on Brendok, and the Jedi would themselves begin to have doubts.

Moreover, she knew the truth—that a darkness was indeed rising—had to be concealed from everyone save, it seems, Master Yoda. While some may have been disappointed with her actions because they seemed so contrary to her upright nature thus far, in truth, this is precisely what makes Vernestra a true Virgo. She was, above all else, pragmatic about the situation, and she was confident that she knew best.

Mother Aniseya

Libras are known for being diplomatic, non-confrontational, and interested in balance, all things which, perhaps surprisingly, apply to Mother Aniseya. Although it was unclear to what extent Mother Aniseya played a role in the confrontation with the Jedi in episode 3, episode 7 effectively cleared her name. Not only had Mother Aniseya specifically said she didn’t want to respond to the Jedi with violence, but she also intended to let Osha go with the Jedi, even though it crushed her to do so.

Mother Aniseya was even more interested in balance, as she intentionally made Osha and Mae the power of two.

Moreover, it seems Mother Aniseya was even more interested in balance, as she intentionally made Osha and Mae the power of two—Osha and Mae are not twins but rather the same consciousness split into two bodies. Presumably, this was so that the girls could balance each other out, as they ultimately seemed to do.Mother Aniseya also exhibited the compassion Libras are known for, especially with her choice to let Osha leave.

Sol

One of the most shocking turns inThe Acolytewas the revelation that Master Sol had been concealing a number of secrets, including that he had been the one to kill Mother Aniseya and that he and Master Indara had conspired to blame Mae for the death of the witches. This showed a very different side to Sol, who had initially been portrayed as a gentle, honest, and kind Jedi Master. While he may have once possessed those traits, his impressive ability to conceal these truths makes him a clear Scorpio, especially because he believed it was the right thing.

Scorpios are known for being secretive and even a bit ruthless, both qualities suggested in the scorpion that represents the sign. They can also be a bit possessive, which is something that Sol clearly struggled with; from the moment he met young Osha, he was determined to take her with him, no matter what anyone else’s opinion (save perhaps Osha’s) was. Of course,Scorpios also have wonderful traits, including determination and bravery, that also suit Sol well.

Jecki Lon

Jecki Lon’s curiosity and optimism make her a perfect Sagittarius. Although Jecki’s time inThe Acolytewas short-lived, her personality had already shone through. Despite the frightening circumstances, including when she came face-to-face with Qimir/the Stranger and had to fight him on her own, her spirit never faltered. Moreover, Jecki was the one to tell Osha that it’s beautiful to watch others become one with the Force, a sentiment that reflects her optimistic mindset.

Sagittarius is also a sign known to be honest (sometimes brutally so), which was certainly on display in Jecki’s interactions with Yord. In fact, the Sagittarius honesty can at times come across as being rather blunt; this might be more accurate, given Jecki’s quips about Yord, particularly when he was standing before her shirtless. Jecki’s death remains one of the saddest moments inThe Acolyte, but the character she was revealed to be prior to her tragic end truly makes her a perfect fit for Sagittarius.

Indara

Yet anotherAcolytecharacter with a sadly short time on the show, Master Indara is surely a Capricorn. The Capricorn sign is known for hard work and discipline, two traits that Master Indara exhibited throughoutThe Acolyte. At first, it seemed like Indara’s character was only going to appear in the show’s premiere, as she died fighting Mae in the first episode’s opening scene. However, she then appeared in both episode 3 and episode 7 in flashback.

The Capricorn sign is known for hard work and discipline, two traits that Master Indara exhibited throughoutThe Acolyte.

Episode 3 had made Master Indara seem cold towards the witches of Brendok and pushy about the Jedi’s right to test the girls, but episode 7 revealed that wasn’t the whole truth. Indara had actually advocated for leaving the coven and the girls alone, and she had tried throughout their tense encounters to be true to the Jedi way. Although this ultimately backfired, her dedication (even when it made her seem a bit cold at first) and sense of responsibility make her a clear Capricorn.
