Specifications
The Revodok Pro 313 Is All Business
This rectangular USB dock uses a dark gray aluminum case with tough ridged plastic on both ends and a nylon USB-C cable to attach to your laptop. It measures 16.5 x 7 x 2 cm (6.5 x 2.65 x 0.80 inches) and weighs 234.36 grams (8.3 ounces). It also has a 24-cm (9.5-inch) USB-C cable, so you have some freedom in placing the dock after attaching it to your laptop.
The USB dock has a smooth metallic finish, making it easy to hold and carry around. However, its rectangular shape, straight sides, and squared-off edges might make it a bit uncomfortable to hold for long periods—but it makes it quite easy to stand on your desk while you’re setting up your system.

Turn One USB-C Port Into 13 Inputs
You’re probably considering a USB hub if you need more ports from your laptop, and the Ugreen Revodok Pro 313 delivers. This 13-in-1 dock gives you everything you need: a gigabit RJ45 port, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports at 5 Gbps, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports at 10 Gbps, two HDMI ports that support up to 4K@60Hz each, DisplayPort that delivers 4K@60Hz, a 100-watt PD USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio input/output port, an SD card reader, and a microSD card reader.
The Revodok Pro 313 only has one USB-C data port, as the 100-watt PD USB-C port doesn’t support data transfer. Nevertheless, the USB dock allows for 85-watt passthrough charging, which is more than enough to power most laptops. The remaining 15 watts are used for running the USB dock.

Run Three 4K Displays From One Laptop
Its three display outputs make this USB hub useful for those who want to turn their laptop into a workstation. The Revodok Pro 313 has two HDMI and one DisplayPort, each of which can output up to 4K@60Hz simultaneously. As long as your Windows laptop’s USB Type-C port supports DP Alt Mode, you can use three external displays plus your built-in display for a total of four monitors.
However, since the Revodok Pro 313 uses multi-stream transport to split one USB-C output into three screens, you can’t attach more displays than what a MacBook is designed for. So, if you have an Apple-silicon MacBook that runs the base-level chip (one that isn’t marked as Pro or Max), you can only use one external display, even if this USB dock has three video outputs. You could use two external monitors if you have a 15-inch M3 MacBook Air and close the lid, but that’s pretty much the limit if you buy Apple laptops with the cheapest silicon.

A MacBook Pro with an M2 Pro or M3 Pro chip could use the dock to run two external displays. But if you want to use all three video outputs on the Revodok 313, you need a MacBook Pro with an M2 Max or M3 Max chip. You can plug an additional HDMI display directly into the M2/M3 Max MacBook Pro to use four external displays in conjunction with the USB dock.
Works With Other Devices, Too
One great thing about the Revodok Pro 313 is that it also works with phones, tablets, and some gaming devices. I tested it on my Samsung Note10+, and it worked instantly. It also worked on my 13-inch M2 iPad Air when I plugged it for the first time. However, I had trouble running it again when I tried it again, so your mileage may vary.
One thing that I noticed, though, is that since the dock required at least 15 watts to run, you need to plug it into a power source to work. So, unless you’re okay with bringing an extra power bank to power the hub, I don’t recommend it for portable use.

Should You Buy the Ugreen Revodok Pro 313 USB-C Docking Station?
If you’re a Windows laptop user or have an M2 Max or M3 Max MacBook Pro, want to have as many displays as possible, and have a ton of USB devices, you should consider theUgreen Revodok Pro 313. This dock will give you everything you need to turn your mobile setup into desktop workspace. And if you need to bring your computer with you, you can just unplug the dock and quickly slide your laptop into your bag.
However, if you only need one or two external displays or use a MacBook Air, the Revodok Pro 313 might be a bit too much in terms of display ports. Nevertheless, the four USB-A ports, one USB-C ports, microSD and SD card slots, the gigabit ethernet port, the 3.5-mm combo jack, and the 85-watt USB-C power delivery might be more than enough to convince you to get it for your system.
