Ugreen’s fast-charging power bank can output 145 watts and has a capacity of 90Wh—more than enough to recharge your phone several times but still small enough to be within air travel guidelines. It also has three ports, allowing you to top up three devices simultaneously.
UGREEN 145W Power Bank (25000mAh)
The UGREEN 145W Power Bank puts a portable battery in your pocket, allowing you to recharge multiple devices quickly and simultaneously. Despite that, it’s flight-safe, allowing you to bring it aboard airplanes with no risk of confiscation.
Felt Pouch and Charging Cable Included

The Ugreen fast-charging power bank comes in a simple white box with a short USB-C cable and felt pouch. The felt bag is a nice touch, as it can help protect the smooth surfaces of the power bank from dents and scratches.
However, the included USB-C cable lands a bit on the cheap side. Although it’s reasonably thick, it’s short, at just 53cm, and uses a plastic-like material for its exterior coating—not the high-quality textile weave I’ve come to expect from other premium USB-C cables from Ugreen.

Nevertheless, I started using the power bank straight from the box as it was about 25% full when I unboxed it—enough to recharge my iPhone 14 Pro Max from empty to full.
Relatively Light and Nice to Hold
Ugreen’s fast-charging power bank comes in at 503 grams (17.7oz), which is on the heavy side. It’s almost the same weight as my older (but greater capacity) 111Wh power bank at just 530 grams.
However, half a kilo is light in the greater scheme of things. This is about a third of the weight of a 15-inch MacBook Air, or the same as an iPad 6.

The power bank itself has a lovely two-tone outer shell. It has a gray plastic cover with a satin finish and a black bottom face with a rubber-like texture. These bits make the Ugreen 145-watt fast charger pleasant to hold, although the black base is a fingerprint magnet.
Nevertheless, I imagine Ugreen did this so the power bank would have better friction when set on a surface. This reduces the chance that it will slide around, preventing it from falling off your table and taking your phone with it.

Aside from that, the power bank also features an accurate screen showing how much charge is left. You can see how much battery you have from 0 to 100—you don’t have to rely on four little LED lights and estimate if you have 25 or 1% left on your power bank.
Charge Three Devices Quickly
One of the best things about Ugreen’s power bank is that you can charge three devices simultaneously. It has two USB-C ports, one capable of charging at a whopping 140 watts and the other delivering a more reasonable 65 watts. It also has a USB-A port that charges at 22.5 watts.
However, that doesn’t mean the Ugreen fast-charging power bank can deliver maximum power to all three ports simultaneously. Here’s a breakdown showing what it can provide when multiple ports are used (read by column, for example: if you have 100W from USB-C port 1, you can get either 20W out of the remaining two ports, or 45W from just the second USB-C port).

USB-C1 140W
You might also notice a little discrepancy. The box advertises 145W, while the fastest USB-C port only brings 140W. That’s because the total capacity refers to the combination of USB-C1 and USB-C2 outputs. Nevertheless, 140 watts is plenty of power—enough to bring your empty 15-inch MacBook Air to over 50% in less than an hour.

To test how fast it can deliver power, I drained my 15-inch MacBook Air to zero and charged it entirely using just the Ugreen 145W fast-charging power bank and the MagSafe charging cable. It took one hour and sixteen minutes to get my laptop to 91%, and the power bank still had 12% power remaining.
Its 25000mAh, 90Wh capacity can charge a 15-inch MacBook Air once. More than that, since it falls below the 100Wh limit the FAA set for power banks, you can safely bring it aboard airliners without fearing that TSA or the gate agent will confiscate it.
Drains Fast, Fills Fast
Since the power bank can quickly deliver power to your devices, you’ll drain the capacity fast, too: less than an hour if you max out the ports at 145 watts.
Nevertheless, it recharges pretty quickly, too, at about 65 watts, so it takes just one hour and forty minutes to fill it. While this is slower than most smartphones and laptops, remember that this power bank can fully recharge a smartphone about five times—and do it quickly, too!
Trickle Charging to Keep Your Devices Topped-Up
Most power banks will turn off when they detect that charging is complete. However, this means you may’t take advantage of trickle charging to ensure your battery is fully topped up. Fortunately, the Ugreen 145W Fast Charging Power Bank lets you do that when you press and hold its power button for about three seconds.
With trickle charging turned on, you’re able to use the power bank to charge your phone or tablet while watching a movie on the plane. Once you reach your destination, you’re guaranteed to have a full battery—no more need to keep your phone plugged into an awkwardly bulky power bank while moving around.
It’s also useful if you want to sleep near your phone but don’t have an outlet to charge it overnight. With the trickle charging feature, you’ll wake up to a fully charged phone.
Best for Travelling
The Ugreen 145W Fast Charging Power Bank is an excellent way to power your devices on day-long journeys. It can recharge your laptop, smartphone, and smartwatch simultaneously—or fully charge your iPhone several times over and have some left for trickle charging.
It also charges your devices quickly, as if you’re powering up your smartphone or laptop straight from a wall outlet. This minimizes the time required to keep your smartphone plugged into it for a full charge. And once you recharge the power bank itself, it will take less than two hours to get it to 100%.
You get all these features and more in a nicely packaged brick while retaining the average weight of a 20000mAh power bank. So, if you fly or take the train around a lot, drive long distances, and don’t have enough USB ports in the car to share, or like working outside where there isn’t a readily available power outlet, you need this fast charging power bank from Ugreen.
