Rain’s Dreams Of Yvaga Show The Planet As A Paradise With A Fresh Start

Yvaga III Is A Beautiful Planet Compared To Jackson’s Star

At the start ofAlien: Romulus, Rain dreams of Yvaga III. While she has never seen the planet, she imagines it to be lush and covered with plants and greenery. In her dreams, she sits on a hill on Yvaga III and bathes in the sunlight. But then she wakes up on Jackson’s Star, a mining colony that is owned by theWeyland-Yutani corporation. Jackson’s Star is the exact opposite of what she imagines Yvaga III to be: it is completely covered in clouds and fog, and no sunlight reaches the surface.

In addition to being a supposedly beautiful, sunny planet, a major draw of Yvaga III is that it is not controlled by Weyland-Yutani.

Alien: Romulus' Sequel Plans Are Already Repeating A Risky Ridley Scott Mistake

it appears a direct sequel to 2024 hit Alien: Romulus is moving ahead, but its current plan risks repeating a Ridley Scott prequel error.

While the sequel toAlien: Romulusis still early in development and not many details about what Yvaga III is actually like have been revealed, it’s possible that it also contains a harsh landscape, similar to Jackson’s Star.
