In a post on X by the anime’s official handle,Kengan Ashurarecently released an all-new promotional video forseason 2 part 2 which is set to release on Netflix on June 15, 2025. Season 2 Part 2 Will Likely Be The Final Season
Based on the manga by Yabako Sandrovich and illustrated by Daromeon,Kengan Ashurareleased its first season produced by Larx Entertainment on Netflix back in July 2019. The series wouldn’t be renewed for a second season until September 2023, which consisted of 12 episodes.
Thus, season 2 part 2 is finally making its debut almost an entire year later and is expected to adapt the remainder of the manga’s story which is until the end of the tournament. As such, season 2 part 2 will likely be the last season ofKengan Ashura.While it is yet to be revealed how many episodes the upcoming installment will have, hopefully it will make for a fittingly epic conclusion to the series.

While fans have famously had their gripes with the animation in the first season ofKengan Ashura, particularly the use of CGI, season 2 part 1 proved to be a huge improvement in terms of consistency and quality.
