The Infinacore T3 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Station is a travel charger that can juice up your iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods simultaneously. Small and compact, the charger takes up minimal space when unfolded. When done, you may fold it back up and fit it in any bag. An Adaptive Viewing Stand mode allows you to place your iPhone in a perfect media view while charging the handset and Apple Watch at the same time. LED lights will let you know the charging status of all three devices.
Charging Your iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watch Without Hassle
Instead of having to travel with three cords and three power adapters, the InfinaCore option makes the entire process much easier.
When traveling, the charger folds up into a square a little smaller than a deck of playing cards and only 1.2 inches thick. Magnets on each part of the charger help keep it together.
After reaching your destination, unfold the stand and use the included USB-C cable. My only complaint overall with the charger is that InfinaCore doesn’t include a USB-C power adapter.
That means you will have to provide your own or plug it into something like the USB-C port of your MacBook. But I can forgive that issue thanks to the inexpensive retail price.
On the left side of the charger is a MagSafe disc for your iPhone or AirPods. My iPhone 14 Pro Max added about 30 percent charge in 45 minutes.
In the center is an Apple Watch charger that can lie completely flat or can flip up to make it easier to charge with watch bands that don’t unbuckle like the Solo Loop. On the right side is a Qi-compatible charging disc for an iPhone or AirPods.
Flip the charger over to see a QR code that you’re able to scan for support if you ever run into any issues with the charging station.
You can choose from one of two colors of the silicon-covered station, a black or white version. I always prefer black in something like this because it won’t show scuffs and stains so easily as the white version.
I took the InfinaCore T3 on a recent trip, and it was a breeze to use. Unfolded, the stand is just 0.4 inches, so you can place it almost anywhere in your hotel room without needing to carve out a huge space for it.
You’ll plug in the USB-C cable in the center space, the Apple Watch charger, and then start charging. There is also a big plus compared to other travel chargers—LED status indicators.
With these types of wireless chargers, place your device just a bit off center, and you’ll wake up in the morning with a dead device because it didn’t charge during that night. But that’s not a worry with the InfinaCore option. Each charger has lights to tell you that your device is charging.
The two side chargers feature lights on the bottom of the pad. On the Apple Watch charger, you can see two rows of LEDs near the charging disc. It’s really nice that you can always see, at a glance, if your devices are charging.
My devices never got warm while charging, something that can happen with some other chargers.
Keep an Eye on Your iPhone With the Adaptive Viewing Stand
The built-in magnets also help create a unique option not found in other travel chargers. The accordion-type design allows you to fold the charger in a triangle that gives you access to the Apple Watch charger on one side and the iPhone charger on the other.
This allows you to attach your iPhone via MagSafe and place it at a great horizontal viewing angle. With that, you can watch a movie while working or before heading to bed. It will also place your iPhone in StandBy mode. Along with displaying the time, StandBy mode allows you to see some great widgets that will show you information at a glance.
Both the iPhone and Apple Watch charging lights are still viewable in the stand mode.
