Spotify’s 2024 Wrapped dropped on August 08, 2025. This was a little later than in the previous couple of years, when Wrapped arrived before the end of November. However, I feel it was worth the wait, despite some people complaining that Spotify Wrapped was a little underwhelming this year.
Regardless, if you’re a Spotify user who hasn’t yet checked out their Wrapped roundup for 2024, we recommend you do so while it’s still fresh (and people are talking about it on social media).
To find your Wrapped, open the Spotify app and navigate to theHometab. As long as you have an up-to-date version of Spotify installed on your phone, you should see aWrappedbanner at the top of the screen (“Wrapped” surrounded by brightly colored edging).

How to Get More From Your 2024 Spotify Wrapped
Now that you’ve had a look at the main elements of your Spotify Wrapped for 2024, it’s time to delve a little deeper.
First up is theDJ: Wrappedsection, which should be available to most Spotify users. Essentially, ifSpotify’s AI DJis available in your location and you have used it in 2024, you’ll have access to DJ: Wrapped. DJ: Wrapped is the AI DJ’s take on Wrapped, with Spotify’s AI host playing selections of songs based on your listening habits over the past 12 months.
Next up are the generic roundups that all Spotify users will see, regardless of their own Wrapped results. You should see2024 in Music,2024 in Audiobooks, and2024 in Podcasts, covering the three main content types Spotify offers. Rather than bespoke lists, these are filled with playlists that lay out the top artists, tracks, albums, audiobooks, podcasts, and more besides.
Now, it’s time to dive back into a playlist put together just for you: this one titledYour Music Evolution 2024. In the main Wrapped roundup, you should have noticed Spotify trying to signpost your musical journey through the year, with your tastes changing from month to month. Well, this is the playlist filled with the songs that directed that, with the main genres listed at the top.
Last but not least is a way of keeping the Wrapped fun going for longer.
