Birthright is a free ten-day trip for Jewish people aged between 18 and 32. It’sorganized by an international program called Birthright Israel - people who qualify may go to Israel and tour the Jewish Holy Land. Loren had gone there one and a half years before she started filming90 Day Fiancéseason 3. Alexei was the medic on her trip. Loren was a Birthright Israel alumna - in 2013, she decided to be a “madricha” - that’s a trip staff volunteer.
She’d never imagined that she would meet her future husband while in Israel. Taking chances in life can really pay off. Everyone should take a leap of faith now and then.
Alexei lived inthe northern Israeli town of Nof Hagalil,and was randomly assigned to the tour. It was not love at first sight. Alexei had not been granted the right to come to America, and Loren thought it was important for him to get to know her family. They all decided to meet Alexei in Canada.

In October 2019, Loren announced that she was expecting her first baby with Alexei. She toldPeoplethat she was “excited, terrified, over the moon, nervous” as it was her turn to be a mom. She said Alexei was the best partner she could have asked for, since her first trimester hadn’t been easy. They nicknamed the little one “#babybrov” and said that he was due in the spring. Lorengave birth to Shai Josef in April 2020. The infant arrived at South Beach’s Mount Sinai Hospital at 5 pounds and 10 ounces, measuring 19 inches.
Loren announced her second pregnancyin March 2021. However, this time, Loren’s pregnancy was even harder. She was getting sharp pains because of a short cervix. She’d had an abdominal cerclage put in years ago,a medical procedure that was performed to prevent second-trimester miscarriages and early deliveries. The baby was pushing her cervix and Loren’s doctor was afraid that the baby would break her cerclage and arrive prematurely. As expected, baby Asher Noah arrived a month early in August 2021. He was a C-section baby, weighing a whopping 5 pounds, 7 ounces. The infant was 19 inches long.
Loren’s “babyboten” had to be in a NICU because he was born earlier than expected. When Loren was expecting her third baby, she had the same worry. She was also diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Loren was terrified of needles but had to start insulin and get her diet under control. The couplehad their third child in September 2022.
